HUB FAQs
What is the difference between Flex and Reserve?
The Flex Center features unassigned “hot desks.” You can choose any available desk and switch whenever you want. The Reserve Hall features assigned desks that are reserved for specific users. The Reserve Hall also adds access to a separate amenities floor.
What is Reserve Plus?
Reserve Plus is a separate hall of assigned reserved desks. These desks are also height adjustable, but they feature a larger surface area if you like to spread out your work.
Is parking available?
While there is no available HUB217 parking within the building, there are a half dozen garages within a few blocks that offer monthly parking, as well as the Third & Stewart parking garage which is just across the street.
What are transit and bike options?
Hub217 is conveniently located directly across from the Sound Transit light rail station and along major downtown bus routes. Bike storage is available on site for Reserve, Premium and Executive users.
How do I book conference rooms?
Conference rooms A & B are booked in advance online. Additional meeting spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
